WHY CLEAR PATH

Support that starts
with you.

Independence isn’t about doing everything alone. It’s about having a say in how you live—and the support to make it happen.

Clear Path Supported Living LLC is developing a supported living program in San Diego. Our approach begins with listening: to your goals, your preferences, and the people you choose to have in your life.

We believe practical support should create room for possibility, while respecting your voice, your privacy, and your home.

We’re getting ready. Our program is in development. Contact us for current information about service availability and the referral process.

EVERYDAY LIFE, ON YOUR TERMS

Small steps.
Meaningful independence.

These are the everyday areas that can be part of supported living. Any future Clear Path support will depend on individual needs, planning, and service authorization.

01 / AT HOME

A place that feels like yours.

Exploring housing choices, building household routines, preparing meals, and making day-to-day life more manageable.

02 / IN THE COMMUNITY

More connection. More belonging.

Finding activities you enjoy, getting familiar with local resources, and building relationships around your interests.

03 / FOR YOUR GOALS

Confidence in your next step.

Practicing budgeting, organizing appointments, preparing for changes, and speaking up for the choices that matter to you.

FOR INDIVIDUALS & FAMILIES

A voice at the center.
A circle of support around it.

Your preferences guide the conversation. Family members, trusted friends, and service coordinators can take part when you choose. Together, the focus stays on what a meaningful life looks like to you.

  2. 02

    Explore the right path.

We’ll discuss current availability and how referral and authorization requirements may apply. Your regional center service coordinator can explain eligibility and planning.

  3. 03

    Plan around the individual.

When services become available and are authorized, support planning will center on the person’s goals, preferences, and chosen circle of support.
